The SmartLogik Action Group is raising the funds needed to take legal action and continue the ongoing administration work of the Action Group. Leon Kaye Solicitors have been instructed to act for the shareholders in the UK. We also need to support our shareholder colleagues in the USA who will be consulting a private attorney and Counsel under US law. We need your support to enable us to continue this voluntary work.

Financial contributions can be made online now using either of the payment processors listed below or, if you prefer just post a cheque (see address below). Your data is secure and 128 bit encrypted. The web sites operated by these companies specialise in processing payments online and are completely independent of the SmartLogik Action Group. You enter your details over a secure link (encrypted) and they are never seen by the Action Group. Privacy and security are essential for companies such as these dealing with money transactions. Option 1: PayPal requires you to sign up for a PayPal account if you do not already have one. Advantage is that contributions can be made from most countries. PayPal is regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK. The PayPal fee starts at 20p per contribution plus 3.4% of your contribution (subtracted from your contribution).

Option 2: NOCHEX is a UK based company regulated by the Financial Services Authority. You can make a contribution using a UK debit or credit card and it has lower fees. The NOCHEX fee is 20p per contribution plus 2.6% of your contribution amount (subtracted from your contribution).

Option 3: e-gold. An electronic currency, issued by e-gold Ltd., a Nevis corporation, 100% backed at all times by gold bullion in allocated storage. Enter your donation amount in US$, press submit and it takes you to a secure e-gold gateway (no credit card details required). The Treasurer of the SmartLogik Action Group is a SmartLogik shareholder and a solicitor based at Redferns Solicitors. This firm is not to be confused with Leon Kaye Solicitors, who are handling all legal matters for the Action Group.
